To keep things safe, honest, and downright neighborly, here’s how our refund and return policy works.


Why We Don’t Accept Returns on Edible Products

Keeping You Safe Is Our Top Priority

Young’s Fish Fry Breading is a consumable food product, and because of that, we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. It’s not that we don’t want to help — it’s that food safety comes first, always.

Once an item leaves our hands, we can’t bring it back into inventory. This ensures every customer receives breading that’s fresh, sealed, and handled with care. It’s the safest way to protect your family and ours.


If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

We’ll Fix It Faster Than a Cat on a Hot Tin Roof

Every now and then, a package has a rough trip or a label gets a little wild. If your order shows up damaged, incorrect, or missing something, reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can set things right.

To help us move quickly, send us:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • A couple of photos if the package or product arrived damaged

With that info, we’ll jump in and get things handled ASAP.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Sometimes the Mail Takes the Long Way Home

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but nowhere to be found, or seems to have wandered off on its own adventure, just give us a shout. We’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to track it down and help figure out the best next step.
