Young’s Fish Fry Breading is a consumable food product, and because of that, we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. It’s not that we don’t want to help — it’s that food safety comes first, always.
Once an item leaves our hands, we can’t bring it back into inventory. This ensures every customer receives breading that’s fresh, sealed, and handled with care. It’s the safest way to protect your family and ours.
Every now and then, a package has a rough trip or a label gets a little wild. If your order shows up damaged, incorrect, or missing something, reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can set things right.
